Fans of British cinema have the chance at FILMETS to discover some of the finest short films from the BAFTAs, the awards presented by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Since 2019, the Badalona Film Festival has served as a gateway to Catalonia for the work of British filmmakers and audiovisual professionals, showcasing both BAFTA winners and finalists. This is made possible through the collaboration between the Badalona festival and the British Council.
The Teatre Zorrilla will host the dedicated BAFTA screening, free of charge, on 18 October at 7 pm.
