Forquilla Badalona says it wants to partner with the internationally renowned film competition to promote local cuisine
Badalona Comunicació says it’s happy with the arrangement which will help to strengthen one of the city’s vital economic sectors

Badalona Comunicació and Forquilla Badalona, an association that brings together several of the city’s restaurants, have today signed a collaboration agreement to cement the group’s participation in the FILMETS Badalona Film Festival. The Forquilla Badalona restaurants will be the Official Restaurants of the 46th edition of FILMETS, which will take place from the 16th to the 25th of October.
The agreement was signed by Roser Fernández, president of Forquilla Badalona, and Josep Viñeta Balsells, CEO of Badalona Comunicació.
The various Forquilla Badalona restaurants will offer their diverse culinary options to all the FILMETS guests visiting Badalona during the festival.
According to Roser Fernández, president of Forquilla Badalona, “Forquilla Badalona is delighted to partner with FILMETS because it’s an incredibly important event for Badalona and, therefore, a fantastic opportunity to promote local cuisine”.
Josep Viñeta Balsells, CEO of Badalona Comunicació, says he’s “happy with the agreement which links FILMETS to the best restaurants in Badalona and helps to support one of the city’s vital economic sectors; a sector which is currently working hard to deal with the adverse effects of the pandemic”.
