Badalona Comunicació and the International School of Protocol (EIP) have signed an educational cooperation agreement to establish a framework for mutual collaboration and promote joint training activities in protocol, institutional relations and event management. Through this partnership, the educational institution — which specialises in university-level education, postgraduate programmes and consultancy in communication, ceremonial protocol and events — will enable the municipal company to welcome students undertaking work placements.
This collaboration allows students to apply their knowledge in real-world professional settings. For the 52nd edition of the FILMETS Badalona Film Festival, students from the International School of Protocol will work directly with the festival’s organisation and guest services teams, supporting the running of screenings, welcoming guests and assisting with official events.
These placements form part of the EIP’s academic programmes and include student assessment and the issuing of certificates confirming the completion of the placements. They also ensure compliance with the principles of confidentiality, due diligence and the code of professional ethics upheld by the media organisation.
